چکیده
The open burning of agricultural residues derived from rice is a social issue in Thailand, as it causes air pollution the form smoke. A way to prevent smoke pulverize glycosylated non-edible biomass and convert monosodium glutamate (MSG). This study assessed MSG produced by compared environmental performance using tapioca starch. scope this ranges cultivation raw materials production MSG. adopted impact categories include carbon, water, pollution. primary data refer average unit input fuel consumption annual production. secondary are used for inventories, namely, Ecoinvent 3, Water Footprint Network, EMEP/EEA pollutant emission inventory guidebook. We also conducted an assessment health impacts weighting across several LIME-3. human assessments starch show gains 1.92 × 10?5 3.59 DALYs per kg MSG, respectively. difference due declining water scarcity footprints. found that straw prevents caused burning.

Objective: Female metabolism is highly responding towards diet associated changes. Monosodium glutamate is a popular flavor enhancer, which is widely used to develop umami taste. Young female generation nowadays deals with more issues related to metabolism and fertility. Present study is an effort to monitor the effect of monosodium glutamate oral consumption on female mice health and obesity. ...

Monosodium glutamate is a sodium salt of a nonessential amino acid, L-glutamic acid, which is widely used in food industry. Glutamate plays an important role in principal brain functions including formation and stabilization of synapses, memory, cognition, learning, as well as cellular metabolism. However, ingestion of foodstuffs rich in monosodium glutamate can result in the outbreak of severa...

متن کاملProperties of Glutamate Decarboxylase (gad) from Edible Mushroom
Enzymatic properties of glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) [EC4.1.1.15] obtained from the fruiting body of Flammulina velutipes were evaluated via protein isolation, purification, and characterization. To investigate the anatomical localization of GAD, crushed fruiting bodies were centrifuged; the supernatant and precipitate were subsequently subjected to enzyme reaction. GAD activity of the precipi...
